Three hour long professional workshops

will teach you how to:

      reduce risk factors of developing breast cancer

      employ breast cancer prevention methods

      tell lumps from normal breast tissue

      perform breast self-examination that can help discover

early symptoms or lumps and save your life!

Workshops will run every:
Saturday 9 am – 12 noon & Wednesday 6 pm – 9 pm

The workshop is designed for all women and will help improve their knowledge about breast cancer, risk factors, prevention and proper self-examination techniques.

Awareness and knowledge:

Cost: $50 per person, or $45 per person if are two or more attendees from the same household, workplace, agency etc. Price includes info kit (value $20 -brochure, CD with BSE technique and more) & refreshments

Although all of the practical training activities in the MAPPS course are performed on silicon breast models, a necessity to touch one’s own breast in order to compare the structures within it to those in the model may be necessary. Please wear comfortable, thin clothing so you can feel the structure of your own breast through it.
